The Choice Based Credit and Semester system was introduced in the Kannur University from the academic year 2010 on wards and all the Undergraduate courses admission are done through the Centralized Allotment process. The Online Centralized Allotment allotment process will provide the candidates, opportunity of obtaining admission to any of the Colleges of the University / Centres and to any of the programmes of his/her choice on the basis of merit.

How to Apply Online for Kannur University Degree Admission ?
Kannur University UG Admission 2024-25 Online Registration Steps
Step 1. Enter the site www.admission.kannuruniversity.ac.in
Step 2. Click on the menu "UG Admission" and select "Apply Now/Login" link
Step 3. Click on the button "Click here for Registration" available in the UG home page of the website www.admission.kannuruniversity.ac.in.
Step 4. Candidate has to provide the minimum details like Name of Applicant, Date of Birth, Gender, Fee Category and Email id.
Step 5. After entering the required information, the candidate will be provided with a unique application number and password. Date of birth is the default password in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
Step 6. Login : Candidate can login using the Application number and Password.

Step 9. Registration Fee Payment:
The Registration Fee will be as follows:
a). For General/SEBC candidates: 500/-
b). For SC/ST candidates: 300/-
The fee has to be remitted by online(SBI Epay) payment only.
Candidates should pay the registration fee and University Fee by using the online payment facility SBI Epay after clicking on "Make Payment" button. After completing the payment, the candidate should continue the registration process. The printout of the transaction id should be produced in the college at the time of admission.
After the fee paymant through SBT Epay candidates should enter the fee remittance details by login using the Application number and password and proceed to the next step.

Click the button "Print Completed Application" to take the print out of the application form. The Registration process is completed only after taking the print out of the completed application form.

After the UG trial allotment and the period earmarked for revising options, the UG first allotment will be published in the website http://admission.kannuruniversity.ac.in. Allotted candidate has to download the allotment memo which has to be produced before the Principal at the time of admission, from website after entering details of the prescribed fee in relevant field in the Home Page. The allotment memo will show the personal details, the college, the Programme to which the candidate is allotted and the date of joining.
